Meet Your Body — The Workshop

Facilitated by Noah Karrasch

During this session we work with the concept of hinges throughout the body, and how to oil them, move freely through them, and feel good in our bodies. For an experiential day that allows you to really 'meet your body' come join us. The class is based on Noah's book, Meet Your Body, which is also provided as part of the class tuition. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to move and to think.

  • The cost is $125/ day for massage therapists (6 CEU's).  Enroll on Upcoming CORE Bodywork classes page.  Auditors may enroll by telephone or email.
  • Date:  Jan 20 2011:  Assess and Plan:  A New Look at Kinesiology am/Focusing Intention pm.  In this class we'll look at various healing systems/modalities, then begin to work on bodies with the intention of moving stuck energy through the body.
  • Date:  Jan 21 2011:  Open the Heart:  Emotional Anatomy am/The Heart Hinge pm.  In this class we'll examine various physical conditions that get stuck in various body parts, all stemming from the theory that dis-ease comes from feelings of not being good enough.  In the afternoon we'll do work on each other and on models to open the heart hinge.
  • Cost for clients to audit either six hour day and serve as models is $75 (limit 6 models/auditors)
  • Location: Green Leaf Cabins in Negril, or on the beach near Cosmo's Restaurant (north)
